Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the online presence of our 39 bingo halls across Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. They will create engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and grow our audience.Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goalsIncrease brand awareness and drive traffic to our bingo hallsEngage with our target audience and foster a sense of communityOptimize performance through data analysis and insightsManage social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and othersCreate and schedule content, including images, videos, and written postsMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and eventsCoordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive marketing materialsUtilize paid advertising options on social media platforms to reach a wider audienceDevelop and manage influencer relationships to expand our reach and credibilityMonitor and analyze social media performance, using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversionsRegularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to managementAdjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve marketing goalsStay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practicesIdentify opportunities for growth and innovation within the ever-evolving social media landscapeAdapt our strategies to remain competitive and effective in the marketRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related rolesGraphic design experience a plusProven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industryExcellent knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practicesProficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google AnalyticsStrong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsFlexibility to work during events or promotional activities, as neededThe Social Media Marketing Specialist role is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
