Our non-profit client, who mentors women at all career levels in their professional growth, is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in advancing the organization's mission through effective digital marketing strategies. The role will work virtually, approximately 20-30 hours per month in an ongoing contract.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will leverage your digital expertise to enhance marketing efforts across various digital channels. This role involves managing social media platforms, executing email marketing campaigns, and administering the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, with strong editorial skills, but is also driven by a commitment to making a positive impact in the non-profit sector. He/she will have good communication skills and be confident interacting with members of the Board on matters relating to our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and execute compelling social content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly twitter)Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.Track results and create a monthly report with recommendations.

Email Marketing:

Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote events, fundraising initiatives, and organizational updates.Plan, create and execute email campaigns to attract new members and retain existingSegment email lists and personalize content for different audience groups.Monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics.Track results and create a monthly report with recommendations.

CRM Administration:

Oversee the organization's CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.Create and manage segmented lists for targeted communication.Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM data into overall organizational strategies.Ensure the membership database is up to date

Qualifications:

Digital Marketing qualification from a recognized marketing institutionBachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email marketing.Familiarity with CRM systems and their administration.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Passion for the mission and values of supporting the non-profit's mission.
