Job SummaryGray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Experienced CDJR Service Writer to join our team in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This role is an key contributor within our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and all accompanying services.
Compensation & BenefitsThis role is a full-time, salaried position and offers generous compensation and benefits. Gray CDJR employees are eligible for medical, vision, dental, and other supplemental insurance coverage, paid time off, life insurance, and company benefactors.
Responsibilities• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients of Gray CDJR• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers• Process service requests and billing documents• Assist customers in understanding the range of services available• Investigate and solve customer complaints• Document customer details and updates when necessary• Handle cash and other payment transactions
Requirements• Previous service writer experience required• High school diploma or equivalent• Proven automotive industry knowledge – familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR), products and services• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
