Description

The three key areas of responsibility include:Develop strategies that build brand awareness and credibilitySupport and manage engagement, risk mitigation, and customer service for social media and eCommerce channelsDevelop content, strategies, and campaigns based on trends observedDuties:

Balance work across multiple brand accounts and social media channels??Develop platform specific strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and WalmartWork with brands and buyers to create cohesive campaignsSet goals for, track, and report on social-related metrics ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics' significance.Report and escalate applicable negative engagements and risksCreate and manage content on all platformsWrite copy for social media content and engagement responsesBuild brand awareness through the community by identifying market trendsManage interactions with users in multiple communitiesMaintain consistent tone, persona, and visual look and feel across all interaction channelsStay abreast of industry trends and competitive activitiesAnalyze and report on key community management metrics on a monthly basisCommunity management, moderation, paid targeting, monitoring, and responding to user questions, comments, and reviewsCollect and manage data, analyze customer trends and characteristics to drive informed community decisionsCreate Email Marketing campaignsPosition Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree2 years experience in a social media or marketing roleWorking knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best-practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitudeThe ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projectsEffective problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is requiredExperience with social monitoring tools, and content publishing tools is recommendedSEO experience is a plus
