We are currently seeking a highly creative and passionate Permanent Interior Designer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects and transform spaces into luxurious havens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Luxury Residential Design with extensive experience in using AutoCAD. The role demands a keen eye for design, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with architects and engineers to develop high-quality interior designs for luxury residential projects.2. Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed design plans, 3D models, and technical drawings.3. Overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to installation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.4. Conducting research to identify the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.5. Presenting design ideas and proposals to clients, addressing any concerns or modifications requested.6. Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.7. Managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.8. Ensuring all designs adhere to safety regulations and architectural standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential projects.3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with other design software such as SketchUp or Revit is a plus.4. Proven track record of managing design projects from inception to completion.5. Exceptional creativity and innovation with a strong attention to detail.6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.8. Knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.10. Portfolio of work showcasing luxury residential design projects.
