Virbac is seeking a dynamic Associate Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team. In this role, the associate marketing manager will report directly to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the success of Virbac by managing and implementing the marketing plans for the Veterinary, Retail, and E-commerce channels in the United States. The role responsibilities include the strategic management and execution of approved marketing plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives for optimal market efficiency and consistency. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, contributing significantly to Virbac's growth in the U.S. market. This role offers a unique blend of challenge and excitement, ideal for a professional eager to make a substantial impact in our rapidly evolving business.Area of accountability no.1: Develop, Implement, and Manage Marketing MaterialsManage and support the implementation of marketing plans for the veterinary, retail, and e-commerce channels and evaluate results.Coordinate with the marketing manager to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.Conduct market and channel assessments to prioritize and drive category growth and channel expansion.Help build and implement the marketing calendar and manage expectations for delivery of all US marketing initiatives (that drive the Selling Calendar).Keep the team updated on any alterations and provide updates at regular marketing meetings.Assist in launching new products across the different distribution channels.Collaborate with internal and external graphic resources to develop marketing materials (Brochures, Sell sheets, Digital & Print Ads.) for different target audiences/channels.Synthesize, frame, and present information to all relevant stakeholders to gain alignment on product strategies and associated marketing plans.Assist with the creation and optimization of eCommerce content listing.Manage selling materials accessibility (EVA and Vet Resource Center) and material inventory levels.Expected results: Manage the design, production, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives .

Area of accountability no .2: Coordinate Conferences, Events, and Webinars.

Serve as lead for exhibiting at all major U.S. veterinary trade shows/events and as key contact for conference personnel. Attend/exhibit as required.Coordinate and support the marketing manager and marketing team in organizing annual/bi-annual sales meeting(s).Manage all Virbac-hosted webinars, including the development of support materials (pre/post), scheduling the event(s), coordinating the application of Continuing Education (CE) accreditation, liaising with different associations for promotional support, providing backend hosting of the event, coordinating post-event metrics (internally) and distributing CE to qualified participants.Expected results: Seamless coordination of exhibiting events, internal sales meetings, and customer-facing webinars.

Area of accountability no .3: Manage Marketing Programs

Manage the development and implementation of internal business tools, e.g., product reports, competitor pricing, order forms, etc.Manage the different trade offers and programs to increase sales of targeted products (e.g., Loyalty Programs and quarterly trade offers)Manage selling program results, including using Campaigns (in SalesForce) to assist with running metrics post-program.Expected results: Efficient delivery and maintenance of programs and materials to support selling.

Area of accountability no .4: Digital Communications and Websites

Collaborate with the digital team to build the B2C Website using the existing platform.Update the different categories of B2C Websites on an ongoing basis (product information, educational articles, promotional activities) to maximize SEO. Use the Digital Assets Management (DAM) repository provided by Global HQ.Help develop and implement the launch plan for the B2B Website.Build and implement a monthly content calendar (use existing assets) for all websites so that other marketing initiatives can drive traffic.Coordinate with the advertising agency to develop digital materials (eblasts, advertising, and social media).Expected results: Provide digital content that is informative, accurate, and engaging.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 2 years of marketing or brand management experience domestically or internationally.Progression of successful accomplishments that include experience with consumer insights, category analytics, product development, and packaging.Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend the business implications of decisions and display orientation toward maximizing profitability.Excellent brand management skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to listen and understand different perspectives.Demonstrated strong analytical ability, including drawing focused insights/conclusions from syndicated reports and other data sources.Pet category experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
