What You'll Do :Continue building the discipline around Marketing Services within the Primacy Delivery teamPrep, lead, and facilitate Strategic Workshops with clients when the conversation centers around marketing servicesCraft actionable, insight-infused, data-packed, ideas-led marketing strategies that inspire our clients and strive towards business resultsCreate tactical action plans to help clients visualize the tactics, priorities and resources required to deliver on the strategyDetermine the smartest way to build the discipline; explore all options when it comes to activating against the workCommit to creating only the highest quality work by being relentless in pursuit of brevity, clarity, insight-backed strategies, actionable plans, engaging, highly visual deliverables, and ideas-packed plans that energize clientsPartner with all delivery teams at Primacy and our sister agencies (Mediate.ly and Zensource) to produce award winning work in the most efficient, effective way possibleAssist the team with creating accelerators with which we utilize as the starting point for each marketing services deliverableInnovate our service offering, evolving our current deliverable offerings and creating net new services based on client demandIdeate ways to streamline our process to improve gross marginActively work in our software and tools platforms to generate insights that inform strategies and drive big ideasWhat it takes to succeed in this role :

7-9 years of marketing and sales/support experience leading and managing marketing teamDigital agency experience is a must, preferably experience in New Business as wellTools experience must include MiroMust work well with teams and have a positive, goal-oriented attitudeCandidate must be detail-oriented, organized and an efficient time managerProven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver revenue targetsAbility to think both creatively and strategically, as well as skillfully articulate ideasApply market knowledge to help define internal marketing strategies and inform agency growth potentialAbility to lead account relationship, define campaign performance objectives and ID strategiesA self-starter who is also extremely innovative, professional and resourcefulA leader who can help mentor and drive current team members
