The Manager of Global Communications is responsible for the development and management of high-quality, innovative, creative internal and external customer communications strategies and activities to ensure they are developed within best practice guidelines and agreed-upon budgets as well as in line with the corporate and brand identities. Executive communications
Participate in the development of executive social media strategies and lead content development and executionSupport internal executive communications through presentation content development and global meeting executionSupport external executive communications through research and writing of interview briefs, speeches, talking points, etc.2.
Social and digital medi
Develop and implement content for c o rpo ra te a nd CEO social media to enhance reputation with customers, strengthen influencer relationships and increase employee engagementCollaborate with Director of Global Communications on strategy for internal digital media channels and lead the content development for and deployment on these channels3.
Reporting
Lead the development of detailed KPI reports for the teamWork collaboratively with Director of Global Communications on internal merchandising strategy and distribution of reports4.
Media relations
Write/create, edit and distribute press releases, press kits, pitches, etc.Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency among all media relations materialsbility to field media requests during scheduled on-call rotationExperience working with issues management protocol5.
Media and speaker training
Support media training for stakeholders and develop media talking points, Q&A, briefing documents, etc. as needed6.
Writing/editing
Strong news writing and editing abilityExperience creating high-quality press releases, talking points, interview briefs, etc. under tight deadlinesKnowledge of AP style7.
Collaborate with global communications network
Collaborate with global corporate communications team as needed to ensure they have sufficient support and resources to implement standard operating procedures and uphold communications standards8.
Provide strategic advice/counsel
dvise stakeholders on the best communication channels and on content development (e.g., crafting messages and stories, using language, tone of voice, interpreting messages for specific audience groups in collaboration with Director of Global Communications)9.
Team planning
Contribute to yearly strategic corporate communications planning process10.

Oversee and partner with agencies to deliver communications strategies and execute quality work within budget11.
