POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies (including tactical implementation) for Everence Federal Credit Union (EFCU) and Everence Community Investments, to Everence-identified target audiences. This position will utilize multi-channel, multi-touch marketing approaches to help Everence clients and prospects integrate their faith and values with their financial decisions, reinforce the Everence brand, and advance the company’s corporate objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESProvide marketing expertise to assigned product/service areas (in coordination with the appropriate field and/or product management), including developing, administering, and monitoring competitive analyses, strategic marketing plans, marketing campaigns, and key performance metrics.Integrate the Everence brand in all marketing strategies and tactics, deliver meaningful customer experience (through the utilization of market research, digital analytics, market data, customer personas, etc.), and generate and nurture marketing and sales leads.Align product and service marketing plans and activities with the Everence corporate marketing plan, direction, and objectives.Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned areas as required.Develop, monitor, evaluate, and update appropriate web and digital content that aligns with Everence’s digital and content marketing strategies.Track and analyze marketing initiatives and campaigns to understand customer behavior and overall marketing success.Perform creative service functions, such as copy development, as assigned.Coordinate and monitor activities for marketing and communications projects in assigned areas to:

Develop and monitor schedules to meet agreed-upon deadlinesCoordinate project details to ensure accurate and effective completion of communication projectsGain approvals (internal, external, compliance/regulatory, etc.)

Represent Everence in professional associations and inter-agency committees as required.Continue to grow in awareness and knowledge of Everence, its products and services, its clients and their customer experiences, the church, and current marketing trends and practices.Be familiar with and uphold the Everence writing, design, and digital standards.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation :Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required

Experience :Preferred three or more years of proven marketing and/or communications experience, including creative work (such as writing or design) and marketing plan development and implementationIn-depth experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives and tactics across traditional and digital channelsStrong understanding of lead generation best practicesWebsite content management experience a plusProven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProven ability to successfully manage relationships with a variety of personalitiesCredit union or banking experience preferredCross-cultural and/or multi-cultural experience preferred
