Job Details

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information management, technical writing, technical publication, configuration management, or a related field2+ years of experience in documentation coordination or technical writing within the engineering/manufacturing industryAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, test reports, specifications, and IOMs (Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals)Microsoft Office and document control softwareFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems

SUMMARY:This role is pivotal in facilitating the creation and finalization of technical documentation, demanding a meticulous and well-organized individual. Collaborating closely with proficient engineers, you'll find enriching opportunities for ongoing learning and advancement within our company. As a significant contributor, you'll be responsible for guaranteeing the precision, comprehensiveness, and punctual delivery of project documents and drawings, adhering strictly to applicable standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish and refine project document control processes and protocols.Efficiently oversee the document lifecycle for engineering projects, covering drafting, revision, and dissemination of drawings, technical specifications, and manuals.Foster close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet documentation deadlines effectively.Ensure meticulous review and endorsement of all project documents, maintaining adherence to company standards.Sustain an orderly project documentation repository, meticulously labeling, organizing, and archiving all pertinent materials.Proactively identify and rectify documentation discrepancies, including incomplete data and formatting inconsistencies.Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new staff members on document management methodologies and procedures.

This is a fully onsite position (no hybrid/remote option).
