We are seeking an experienced professional to manage telecommunication construction projects in the South Texas/Valley area. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Construction, this role involves supervising department managers and supervisors and overseeing 2-6 direct reports. The successful candidate will establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage telecommunication construction projects in the South Texas/Valley area.Supervise department managers, supervisors, and direct reports.Communicate directly with clients, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.Plan, direct, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project timelines, quality, and profitability are met.Handle invoicing, hiring employees and subcontractors, and maintaining fleet for the region.
Qualifications:5+ years of telecommunication OSP construction experience.Previous supervisory and people management experience.Proven track record in planning, directing, and coordinating with subcontractors.Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in direct client communication.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
