As a

Digital Marketing Strategist , you will play an integral role in the marketing initiatives for some of our key clients. Working together with other talented marketing professionals, you will develop comprehensive strategies to promote client websites to drive maximum leads and conversions using a variety of channels including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media. To excel as a Digital Marketing Strategist, you must have a well-rounded knowledge of the Web, familiarity with search engines, social media, programmatic, a strong knowledge of web analytics, and an understanding of digital marketing principles.

What you'll be doing:Directly managing our biggest and most valuable clientsDeveloping comprehensive marketing strategies that produce measurable ROILeading marketing specialists through hands-on trainingAssisting sales on their pitches and proposalsPresenting new ideas to clients and explaining previous resultsAnalyze Google Analytics report and data to provide insightsGrowing as a digital marketing leader alongside a fun and talented team

Required Experience/Qualifications:Successful digital marketing experienceStrong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and/or conversion rate optimizationStrong knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven data analysisExperience working with e-commerce websites and clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and balance multiple high-stakes projectsExperience with WordPress and MagentoStrong knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

Extra Credit:Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and/or other key platformsKnowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and proceduresDegree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience leading project teamsPrior agency, client facing, or consulting experience
