to orchestrate lead-generation campaign strategies in multiple marketing channels.You will be responsible for:
Learning Exponents complex scientific and engineering consulting businessUnderstanding our client audiences and personasLeveraging different types of creative content for campaigns and experimenting with different types of campaigns that will increase client conversion ratesApplying innovative lead generation tacticsWriting compelling content for web, email, and social campaignsCreating internal and external corporate campaigns for topics related to DEI, recruiting, and brand messagingApplying account-based marketing tactics and automation workflows for specific targets and industriesOptimizing our LinkedIn company page and using LinkedIn features to increase brand eminenceKeeping Exponent current when it comes digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovationCreating reports and leveraging data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities at both the strategy and campaign levelStrategy and budget for organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns and Google AdsYou will have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, english or related fieldAbility to write compelling content6-8 years of marketing experienceExperience developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans and B2B programsAbility to plan for, carry out and provide support for projects with minimal supervisionProficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPointProficiency in HubSpot or other email marketing softwareProficiency in G4Proficiency in Drupal or WordPressProficiency in SEMRushKnowledge of html is a plus

depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.Salary Range:USD $80,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
