Job Responsibilities:Assist in the development and ongoing review of detailed financial models to enable corporate planning and budgetingCompile internal and external presentations, including investor presentations, quarterly and YE earnings releases and presentations, board materials and regular internal reviewsPrepare variance reports, comparing budget expectations to actual results and consensusRun financial models to analyze impacts of various operational and financial sensitivity casesCapital markets evaluation and executionAssist in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by developing corporate merger models, analyzing optimal financing structures and conducting accretion / dilution analysis
Qualifications:3+ years Investment Banking experience or Deals Advisory/Transaction AdvisoryBachelors in Finance or AccountingOil and Gas experience required
