This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing project development from initiation to closure.
2. Develop and implement project budgets and schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
3. Manage and coordinate all construction activities on the project site, ensuring compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, timelines, and budget.
4. Supervise and direct the operations of subcontractors, ensuring they understand and adhere to the job scope and specifications.
5. Implement cost control measures to ensure project is delivered within budget, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
6. Conduct risk management practices to minimize project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
7. Manage procurement processes, liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
8. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing strict safety protocols and procedures.
9. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project goals are met.
10. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, reporting on project status to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a construction superintendent or similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, cost control, risk management, and procurement.
4. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction safety laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading teams to success.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
9. Proficient in relevant construction software, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
10. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or a related field would be an advantage.
11. Must possess a valid driver's license.
