Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and business torts.
- Handle bankruptcy cases, including creditor representation and debtor representation.
- Advise clients on franchise law matters, including franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and franchise disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service.
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of [insert state].
- 0-2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, franchise, and civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience with law review is a plus.
- CO licensed
