Are you a product-minded software engineer with solutions experience related to a crypto, PaaS, or IaaS? A well-funded startup backed by blue chip crypto funds and founders is growing their team! They are building an IaaS high-throughput modular rollups, which users can deploy their own individual apps. In this role, you will use your knowledge of blockchain technology and how it can be applied in various industries. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing Ethereum's scalability, playing a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of cryptocurrency.
This role is a mix between solutions, software engineering, Product, and partnerships. Your mission will be to empower and guide business users, developers, and integration partners in unlocking the full potential of our cutting-edge product. As the primary engineering liaison for customers, you'll provide expert guidance to design, implement and maximize the value they get from the platform. Collaborating closely with our dynamic engineering team, you'll have the chance to impact the product, tackle technical challenges head-on, and establish a robust feedback loop to drive continuous improvement and innovation. You will also build ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike, incorporating customer feedback and working cross-functionally to ensure our product continues to meet customers’ needs. .

Job Details
Responsibilities
- Be the primary engineering point of contact for customers understanding needs, translating requirements, overseeing implementation, and ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate ongoingly with our engineering team, providing product feedback, ideas, issues, and future goals based on your experience
- Assess technology partnership opportunities and assist in developing the initial integration prototype
- Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Lead trainings for business users, developers, and partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in the crypto industry
- Evaluate developer applications and spearhead an accelerator program, driving innovation and fostering growth every step of the way
Qualifications
- 2-10+ years of software engineering experience and proven experience in a Solutions or Growth position
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Rust and/or Solana
- 1-3 years of Full-Stack / Frontend experience, preferably with React at a crypto company
- Experience working on a cryptocurrency product (ideally infrastructure) and a passion for blockchain technologies
- Bachelor’s in EECS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
- Ability to think strategically and understand the business implications of technical recommendations
