As a Lead UX Designer, you'll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful B2C/B2B products. Using both quantitative and qualitative research methods to define both what we should build and how it should be built.
Qualifications/Responsibilities: 8+ years of experience in UX design, delivering solutions for complex, multi-faceted digital productsClearly define and passionately advocate for customer needs through UX on all platforms including Mobile, Web, and Tablet.Create and maintain experience archetypes, workflows, wireframing, scenarios, profiles, and reports to document and share insights about customer goals, behavior, and preferencesUnderstanding of iGaming/Gambling industry will be a huge plusWork with our designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape our future strategy based on data-backed insights and recommendations.Identify user pain points and suggesting measurable actions to address them whilst also helping us achieve business objectivesPlan, prepare and carry out usability and concept testingHelp track and monitor progress on the development and quality of the user experience.Experience with Figma will a plus
