Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time entry to mid level service advisor to join our team within the Fleet Department. A service advisor is responsible for building and maintaining good employee/customer relationships, you will serve as the link between our field crew and the mechanic shop. This is a great opportunity for the mechanically inclined looking to start a career in service and repair.

Job Requirements

Must have strong interpersonal and telephone skillsMust work closely with our 3 repair techniciansExcellent verbal and written skillsMust have good computer skills, there is a lot of data entry that requires accuracy.Must be organized, able and comfortable with multi-taskingMust have a good base knowledge of automotive technological knowledgeOther duties or locations as assigned by ManagerMajor Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Fleet department in maintaining a smooth-running efficient mechanic shop with a high degree of customer satisfaction.Note problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order.Work closely with repair technicians and field personnel, to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs.Open & close all internal and outside repair orders.Enter all internal and outside repair orders into the system to track asset maintenance cost.

This full-time Service Advisor position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
