Role Summary & Impact:

You will be tackling a 3-pronged role. You'll be the advisor who manages a client's organic search marketing initiatives, managing and developing the team, and focusing increasingly on strategy development for the dedicated account(s).

Key Responsibilites:

Campaign Strategy ImplementationUnderstand the client's products, competition, industry landscape, marketing goals and objectivesReview and analyze competitor sites and understand their organic search approachDefine a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that meet or exceed client expectations including:Keyword strategies for optimal on-site performanceDetailed site analysis and technical recommendationsDetailed content recommendationsComprehensive linking strategyWork closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaignsAttend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies, and tacticsAlways maintain positive client relationshipsCampaign Reporting Results and Optimizations

Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client critical metricsReview rankings and linking data against internal measurements for successReview monthly client reports, verify accuracy and provide analysisOptimize campaigns accordingly to maximize client investment and to resolve performance issuesSupport Search Director in data acquisition or campaign insights for quarterly or annual business reviewsPresent practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimizationOrganic Search Innovation

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experienceA minimum of 3 years of organic search engine marketing/search engine optimization/SEO campaign management experience requiredPrevious experience in an agency environment highly desiredStrong background in data analytics and strategy. You must be comfortable manipulating very large datasetsYou may not be an expert coder, but a basic knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools is expectedDesire to manage and mentor junior members of a team; prior experience as a manager a plusYou're performing at your best when you're in a dynamic and collaborative environment

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
