As the

Senior

Digital Strategist, Media , you will lead the creation of digital marketing plans for several of Moore Digital's nonprofit clients, and oversee digital media campaign execution to acquire, cultivate, retain, and upgrade online donors.

The ideal candidate will combine significant strategic planning, digital media management, email platform, analytic and extensive account management experience, along with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced, creative environment with ever-shifting schedules and priorities.

Moore Digital , a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads.

In this role you will:Develop and present strategic plans covering digital fundraising and engagement efforts across multiple digital media channels.Provide strategic direction for digital media including programmatic, paid social and paid search efforts and social media strategy.Oversee and evaluate client performance reports; identifies trends and recommends modifications and opportunities for growth.Work with writers, designers, advertising strategists and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging digital campaigns to support client goals.Ensure overall quality control of all digital assets. Ensures timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including multi-channel testing plans, campaign reports and changes.Develop trusting relationships with clients from initial onboarding and throughout contract.Lead both client-facing and internal meetings.May eventually manage one or more Digital Strategists or Digital Specialists.Management responsibilities include motivating team members to achieve business objectives, hiring, performance evaluations, training, development, and mentoring.We seek:

5+ years of online marketing and fundraising experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience with online marketing for nonprofits, including all the following disciplines: email fundraising, programmatic media, search, paid social and peer-to-peer fundraising.Familiarity with multiple email marketing platforms; experience working with Blackbaud Luminate, Hubspot, Salesforce or Marketo platforms.Development and implementation of online fundraising strategies, including management of communications calendars.Familiarity with digital direct response marketing strategy and tactics, and how to measure the impact of various channels and campaigns.Understanding of current industry best practices and emerging fundraising and marketing strategies.Solid instincts for compelling creative design that will elicit donor action.Expertise working with data and using past results to drive future strategy.Ability to create, manipulate and analyze data in Excel.A plus:

Knowledge of CMS and web editing software a plus.Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords a plus.
