Your Responsibilities

As a Media & Performance Manager based at the VELUX North America office in Fort Mill SC, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team. Our team is dedicated to creating and executing a world-class marketing agenda, with a strong emphasis on exploring new growth opportunities. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing Communications for North America as a vital member of the Regional Marketing Management Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven marketer to take on their first international role, within a team that places a strong focus on coaching and professional development.

As a skilled Media & Performance Manager, your primary focus will be to optimize VELUX's media investments in the North American region, ensuring exceptional business results for our marketing campaigns. Your role will revolve around maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for media spending by leveraging customer insights and market data analysis to target the right audiences through both online and offline channels. Media insights and strategy will be at the core of this role, along with the ability to plan, optimize, and analyze VELUX's media investments in collaboration with the marketing communications team and media, agency partners.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will:

Serve as the point of contact for regional media planning.Collaborate closely with the global Go-To-Market (GTM) team and agency partners.Collect and analyze market data, including VELUX's segmentation for end-users.Identify target audiences, understand their behavior and preferences.Determine the optimal mix of media outlets for our campaigns.Optimize ad campaigns considering geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, and more.Stay updated on media trends in online and offline outlets and share insights with the regional marketing team.Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns, proactively recommending improvements for future activities.Vigorously defend, nurture, and project the VELUX brand across all materials, content, and assets in the region.You can expect to travel approximately 20 days annually, both nationally and internationally, to stay close to customers and gain a deep understanding of our markets.

Your Qualifications

Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Media Planner, with a background in managing campaigns.Are familiar with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.Possess an analytical mindset with proficiency in statistics and mathematics.Have a broad understanding of media channels and instrumentality.Possess an advantage if you have experience with digital media planning and/or working knowledge of analytics tools such as GfK MRI, MOAT, or Nielsen IMS.Your Opportunities

Starting Monthly Salary Range:

$6195 - $7745 Compensation based on the skills and the experience of the candidate.

Our organization follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely the rest. Our in-office time is used primarily for team meetings and formal and informal collaboration.
