The Corporate Dealer Advertising Specialist is responsible for working closely with our dealers on effectively using their advertising dollars they earn with Munch's Supply. The role involves working collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to fulfill customer-facing marketing, advertising, and branding solutions. Summary: The Corporate Dealer Advertising Specialist is responsible for working closely with our dealers on effectively using their advertising dollars they earn. The role involves working collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to fulfill customer-facing marketing, advertising, and branding solutions. Essential Job Duties: •Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and following up effectively. •Work closely with our customers to manage their brand advertising funds. •Explain the co-op guidelines and work with customers to effectively use them. •Review and approve advertising materials to ensure it meets proper brand guidelines. •Work closely with sales administrator to ensure timely processing of credits and claims submissions. •Work closely with sales administrator to ensure accurate amount of advertising dollars is correct. •Create high quality designs and campaigns that align with established brand identity. •Create consumer facing dealer sell sheets. •Create Social Media post. •Conduct brainstorming sessions with the marketing and sales team, maintaining strategic thinking to create synergy and develop innovative and actionable initiatives to help the customer's business grow. •Ensure compliance with co-op marketing agreements and guidelines. •Possess expertise in working within brand guidelines. •Possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Other Job Duties: •Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of customer-facing creative with internal and external company messages. •Assist in collaborating with other departments or business verticals as necessary. •Directly work with the marketing manager on social media content and design for Munch's Supply. •Support dealer trips and meetings. •Attend and complete required training sessions. •Travel as needed. •Other duties as assigned. Preferred Job Requirements •Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. •Five or more years of experience in working with clients to develop marketing plans within brand guidelines. •Five or more years of experience in a graphic design role within an advertising agency or related field. Minimum Job Requirements •Associate degree or equivalent in related work experience. •Three or more years experience in working with clients to develop marketing plans within brand guidelines. •Three or more years of experience in graphic design. •Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. •Ability to utilize various technologies such as computers and virtual platforms effectively. •Must possess a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly. •Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and make informed decisions in a timely manner. •Excellent interpersonal, written, and group communication skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. •Works effectively in a team through a collaborative, solution-oriented, and win-win approach.
