All our activities are structured to recognize and exceed the expectations of our customers.What you will be doingThe Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively manage our brand's image online through the following:Social media development and management, digital advertising and marketing ,creative brainstorming and collaboration What you need to succeed (Skills)Successfully build brand visibility through all digital meansDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, web, SEO/SEM, display and social media.Manage and optimize website content, offer ideas and suggestions to drive web traffic.Post daily on various social platforms, utilizing social content calendarCreate compelling photography and video for online usage.Collaborate with all departments to create effective social media and email contentAnalyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement whenever necessary.Attend companywide activities and events to cultivate marketing materialParticipate in off-site customer visitsProactively engage in responding to consumer feedback on all social media outletsManage and maintain digital image and video libraryMonitor industry trends, updates and news along with competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantageStay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.Willingness to assist with other marketing department and company projects as needed.Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field5 years of experience in digital marketingKnowledge of best practices for SEO, SEM, email marketing and social mediaProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and solid photography and video skills-Plan to provide your portfolio or samples of your workWhy You will Love TransChicago Truck GroupMany of our jobs come with great benefits-including healthcare, ways to save for the future, and opportunities for career advancement.Earn Vacation over the course of your first year + Holidays + Sick DaysFull Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision)Career Advancement.
