Summary:The Data Analyst analyzes and leverages data to inform and enhance strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance for the CRM Marketing department. The Data Analyst transforms marketing and campaign data into actionable insights, guiding marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required:a) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Experience & Training Required:a) Three (3) years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the marketing domain to include:i. Familiarity with the Epic suite of tools or similar healthcare marketing tools.ii. Proficiency with data processing tools and languages such as SQL, NoSQL, Python, and a familiarity with R is a plus.
3. Other Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:a) Demonstrated skills in data cleaning and data management.b) Proficient in PowerBi, Epic dashboards, and SlicerDicer for data visualization and analysis.c) Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.d) Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.e) Ability to work well within a team environment, fostering collaboration across departments.f) Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and tools in marketing analytics.g) Ability to ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient and business data.h) Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.i) Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques is a plus.j) Possess an analytical mindset.k) Demonstrated collaborative abilities across departments.l) Possess commitment to continuous learning in the evolving field of marketing data analytics.
4. Level of Physical Demands:a) Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
