Position:

The role of the

Content Analyst

is to identify the best solution for the customer, develop business cases to drive customer investment, and support the sales team to close the deal. The successful candidate will use their experience in engineering domain to guide the customer to the right solution. In this role, the candidate will manage assigned projects from start-to-finish, supporting sales which will include discovery work, evaluation, configuration of solutions, peer analysis, recommendations and day to day support. You will involved in discovery work conversations with clients and providing presentations and presenting solutions to meet our customer's needs and objectives. You will be expected to support and ensure that projects are completed on-time and within the competitive budgets. The role will require travel to client facilities to support such meetings.

General Job Duties:Understanding the knowledge management needs of our customers' Engineering, Support and IT organizationsPositioning Accuris Knowledge and Content Solutions to address customer business needsPartnering with Account Management to identify new potential prospectsDeveloping proposals tailored to specific engineering related vertical marketsSupporting Account Management colleagues with technical sales enablement and on-boardingMonitoring industry competitors, applying competitive intelligence to sales campaigns and sharing findings internallySpecific Job Duties:

Provide Account Management with unique insights into the business issues faced by clientsUnderstand unique needs of the Accuris customer base by vertical and roles within customer organizationsSupport sales with deep industry knowledgeUnderstand customer work flows and process within the industryUse knowledge to discover customer pain points and demandsCan adapt and think quickly whilst processing informationAssist sales to hit aggressive growth targetsAbility to travel to customers and presentRequired Experience:

1-3 years in consultative sales support role ideally with knowledge managementExcellent knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and supporting processesProven track record as a trusted advisor serving Fortune 500 accountsBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or related fieldOther Skills:

Experience delivering compelling presentations to engineers, technical professionals, and executive levelsSelf-motivated with the ability to drive sales growthExcellent presentation skills for Accuris internal audiences and customer audiences of varying sizesStrong expertise with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)Excellent client relations and client management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in support of strategic and large value accountsKnowledge of engineering tools such as CAD, PLM and document systems such as Documentum, SharePoint, preferable.Additional language such as Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian or French will be considered as a plusTravel:

Up to 25% for sales support activities and customer visits

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary and bonus. In the state of Colorado, the target base salary for this role will be between

$50,000 - $70,000 USD . A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans, paid time off, a generous 401k match with no vesting period, parental leave and 3 volunteering days each year.
