The role
We're looking for a seasoned Android Engineer who can help us build beautiful, interactive apps that convey complicated ideas simply and effectively. The ideal candidate is a master at Kotlin and has shipped top consumer apps at scale. The candidate learns new technologies quickly and has strong software engineering and computer science fundamentals. Our Android Engineers have strong input to product, design, and platform design, and build the product our users depend on to improve their financial wellness.
Our next hire will be particularly focused on UI/UX. We'd love to bring someone on board who is maniacally focused on the frontend of the frontend. This type of work requires attention to detail and appreciation for HCI design. In our complex domain, not all UIs are created equal-this role requires equal parts pixel pushing and deep customer empathy.
