iMiracleProject is looking for a detail-oriented Data Visualization specialist to join our team. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and refugee resources.Tasks & Responsibilities:Creating and editing interactive visual content including maps, charts, and graphs.Transforming quantitative and qualitative data sets and analysing them into compelling visuals.Providing visual, technical, and editorial guidance to Data analytics team members.Collaborating with the communications and fundraising teams to help promote iMiracleProject content including reports, briefs, commentary, and visual data.Meeting deadlines for data requests in a fast-paced environment.Required Experience:A relevant degree and a minimum of one year’s experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and visualization.Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, colour, and interaction design.Expertise with mapping, charting and other data visualization techniques.Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power Bi, R and associated tools, such as GIS.Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.Humanitarian experience and a desire to assist vulnerable populations.Why You'll Love Volunteering With Us:Flexible schedule 2-5 hours per week based on availability and commitmentsEnhance your operations and management skills while supporting a cause you care aboutGain samples of work and references to add to your portfolioWork remotely and create your own scheduleGain experience working in a dynamic remote-first nonprofit environmentYou can make a big impact by helping to provide critical services and life-sustaining humanitarian support that can last a lifetime for families in crisisiMiracleProject ( https://www.imiracleproject.org ) is a 501c3 charitable organization based in Washington state with volunteers across the globe.
