Support CCB objective of being the premier strategic advisory bank and building and enhancing CCB Truist brand in all of our markets. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in banker client and prospect outreach through automated delivery of robust valuable content. Drive campaigns and individualized content through internal and external platforms including Eloqua, Seismic, SharePoint, Truist.com, and various other platforms. Develop capture of information in CRM to augment data for creating valuable client insights and recommendations. Work with Marketing and advisory Lines of Business to develop advisory and other meaningful content for clients, prospects and centers of influence. Drive enhanced client experience through content automation. Contribute to timely content access for bankers, clients, prospects, and centers of influence through easy to use, convenient platforms.

Identify and support development of Intellectual Capital Content to enhance valuable conversations with clients, prospects, and centers of influence. Content includes, but is not limited to, industry, market, economic, risk management, fraud, leadership and other relevant content.

Deliver Intellectual Capital content through internal and external platforms including Truist.com, LinkedIn, Eloqua, Seismic and other platforms as needed. Reinforce the importance of these programs by tracking usage of content, creating accountability and further connecting usage to ultimate banker success.

Develop and implement centrally administered content campaigns driven by marketing partners to create efficiency for bankers in contact efforts.

Partner with Marketing to drive integration and usage of Eloqua platform to deliver Intellectual Capital content through Salesforce to help drive future contact strategies.

Support development, communication and distribution of content delivered to Community Advisory Boards to continue driving effectiveness of overall program.

Consistently gather feedback on gaps and concerns from relationship managers and sales leaders to enhance CCB content delivery strategies.

Partner with Marketing to ensure all content is in compliance and consistent with brand guidelines

Support special projects and assignments to enable the Commercial Community Bank in reaching their strategic objectives, supporting our regional teammates, and ensuring requests from CCB leadership are executed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Two years of banking experience with emphasis in sales and leadership

Excellent leadership and management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to top management

Strong analysis and quantitative skills

Proven ability to act as a liaison between product, operational and technical groups

Proven ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, collaboration and judgment

Ability to prioritize projects and work well under pressure

Knowledge of bank operations/systems and compliance/regulatory issues

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate of the Bank’s Leadership Program

Experience in technology-based, multi-project work environment
