Role: Web DesignerLocation: Tallahassee, FLOnsite job
Experience:• 3+ years experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 or SharePoint on Premise.• 3+ years experience in business systems analyst, implementation and management• 3+ years experience in SharePoint framework building sites• 3+ years experience building SharePoint workflows• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast paced business environment with special requests.• Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PROD environments.• Strong Project Management skills.• Strong communication and collaborative skills• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred KSA's:• Experience building Nintex workflows.• Experience working with technical programming teams.• Take charge, can-do attitude.• Negotiations, mediation skills• Facilitation skills
