Job description:
This team is looking for someone with CRMA analytics dashboard experience and the ability to test them and interact with the UX team that designs them.Previous experience in quality assurance testing, preferably with a focus on UI/UX uniformity.Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex information effectively.Ability to consolidate information into hierarchical analysis and documentation.Understanding of UX principles and ability to engage with UX designers.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual discrepancies.Proficient in creating comprehensive "how-to" guides and instructions for tool usage.Ability to connect tool functionalities to business use cases and articulate their relevance.Experience collaborating with designers and developers to find technical solutions.Proactive mindset with a commitment to ensuring the implementation of designed solutions.Note: This role primarily focuses on QA testing and validation for UI/UX uniformity and interactions across the infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of QA expertise, UX understanding, and strong communication/documentation skills to effectively collaborate with designers and developers.
