Requirements:

Use Figma for high-fidelity UI/UX designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems following atomic design principles.Translate wireframes and concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout development.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency.Communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.Apply interaction design principles and animation techniques, including Webflow, for engaging user interfaces.Lead client-facing meetings and discussions, with occasional travel up to 10% of the time.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of UI/UX experienceProven UI/UX design expertise with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process, Figma proficiency, and user-centered design.Deep understanding of HCI principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.Familiarity with front-end development principles, technical constraints, and design handoff processesIn-depth knowledge of Figma features, components, and collaboration functionalities.Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision.Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.Bonus Points:

Knowledge of advanced animation techniques using CSS, JavaScript, or other animation libraries.Familiarity with design systems management platforms like Drupal, Wordpress, AEM, and CascadeSalary, Perks & Benefits:
