Job Description

The client brand manager is a team lead that is ultimately responsible for the success of a client's engagement within Forthea. They will lead a team of specialists across all marketing channels. Team Leads have all the Star Qualities of a Digital Specialist, but work more autonomously - reporting directly to the VP of Operations. The Team Leads are expected to function at a highly efficient level and to maintain a significant mid-level client relationship.

Key Areas of Responsibility:Day-to-day supervision of client search/online programs including strategic approach, bid recommendations and performanceDay-to-day supervision of client web or creative development projects - interfacing with DEDV project managerStrong relationships with search/online community vendors for optimal service and resultsContribute to new business pitchesDevelop, motivate and train Junior Specialists and Digital SpecialistsClient account management and up-selling of services where applicableProject management of all digital initiatives as they relate to the clientDay to Day Responsibilities:

Ensure team members schedule and lead pre-kickoff meetingsAssist with the scheduling and leading client kickoff meetingsRecap kickoff meetings and send to client and internal teamEnsure team has requested client logins and necessary content and enter info into NetSuiteAssign setup tasks for internal team including necessary information to complete tasks and hours allotted to complete the projectMonitor time for setup tasks to ensure it is within the allocated budgetReview setup documents including keyword research, creative comps, email templates, etc. and send to client for approvalConfirm completion of setup tasksCorrespond with client through setup process to inform them of statusAssign ongoing tasks for internal teamReview ongoing plans, ads, press releases, etc. and send to client for approvalRegularly update client via email on the status of their account (or ensure direct client contact has)Schedule monthly status calls with client (or ensure direct client contact has)Deliver monthly reports for marketing clients (or ensure direct client contact has)Assess client's marketing successes and determine if additional or "outside the box" ideas need to be implemented by specialistsManage client's satisfaction. Satisfaction = perception - expectationWork with client's outside vendors if necessaryRegularly check Google analytics codes are in placeCheck project time used weekly and manage internal team's timeCreate weekly status reports for account management meetingsAssess time used on every project weekly for weekly project control meetingsQualifications

3-5 years online marketing experience with a strong background of planning and buying online campaignsBachelor's Degree from 4-year, accredited college.Excellent client and account service record; track record of accomplishing successful results for clients.Experience with writing, presenting and executing effective communications, media or interactive marketing plans.Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teamsAn in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in GoogleExperience with PPC - Management of Pay per click programsExperience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, Ominiture)Experience using a CMS and an understanding of the impact they have on SEOAbility to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approachAbility to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign directionAbility to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunitiesExcellent Microsoft Office skillsComfortable interacting with C-level executivesOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skillsBenefits
