Job DescriptionAs the Website SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our website's visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings across seven distinct B2B websites.In addition to the core responsibilities outlined in the description,

a crucial aspect of your role will be

performing holistic SEO audits for all seven sites.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our websites and create an exceptional user experience while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and search engine guidelines.

Requirements:Perform holistic website audits for all seven websites, analyzing technical SEO, on-page factors, content quality, user experience, and overall performance.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for each website, tailored to their unique audience and business objectives.Conduct thorough keyword research for each website to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords, aligning with the company's target audience and business goals.Optimize website content, including landing pages, product pages, and blog posts, using targeted keywords, meta tags, and on-page SEO best practices for each site.Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly, informative, and engaging content that resonates with the specific audience of each website and aligns with SEO objectives.Monitor and analyze website performance for all seven websites using SEO tools (Moz/SEM Rush) and

Google Analytics,

providing regular reports and actionable insights for each site.Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of SEO strategies for all websites.Work closely with the web development team to

implement SEO recommendations across all websites

and ensure best practices in website design and structure.Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking for each website to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.Develop and manage link-building strategies for all seven websites to increase their domain authority and backlink profile.Collaborate with Website Director and Manager as well as other marketing channels to integrate SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives across all sites.Work with a larger team to implement Generative AI tests and proofs of concept from an SEO standpoint.
