Will be expected to follow and practice FCM Vision and Values at all times.Role and Responsibilities: Plan and develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and future platforms), adjusting when necessary. Create engaging content for social media, which may include posts, videos, articles, graphics, and more. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions with followers and customers to build brand loyalty. Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of efforts. Use insights to inform future strategies and decision-making. Ensure all social media content and activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Drive effective collaboration with other departments and marketing team members to develop new creative & content to support digital campaigns. Sharing campaign performance and competitive data to help the marketing team develop new assets. Maintain budget adherence for social media and digital campaigns. Advise on latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing with consideration to how to integrate such trends into FCM's own brand language. Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed. Position Requirements Education and/or Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management with bachelor's degree in related field In lieu of degree, 5 years of experience in social media management is required.Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media management with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, Loomly, or other scheduling tools, etc. Strong proficiency in all software and applications used in the creative design process. Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in a uniform brand persona when needed. Awareness of current and emerging digital marketing trends and the ability to translate them into FCM brand standards.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
