The role is responsible for executing the Social Media Editorial Calendar for AnthroLiving and Anthropologie Weddings, in addition to the responsibilities highlighted below.You will be an integral part of the Social Media team working and partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Copy, Design, Merchandising, Creative, and Brand to ensure product and message are aligned, with timely and relevant deployment.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Social Media Associate Manager with the Editorial Calendar consistent with the Anthroliving and Weddings brand image, goals, and messaging across all channels prioritizing and communicating a weekly and monthly perspective.Schedule and publish all Living and Weddings content across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Pinterest based on seasonal campaigns and product priorities.Lead communication with creative operations, graphic design, copywriters, and merchandising to brief project needs including creative and copy needed to execute weekly content, captions, and tags for Instagram in-feed and Instagram story posts.Identify and outline weekly product features, partnering with merchandise teams to confirm upcoming product deliveries, preferred click-throughs, and inventory availability for all social posts.Assist Social Media Associate Manager in creation of one-pagers, monthly marketing briefs, brand decks, and other requested documents and reports as needed.Assist Social Media Associate Manager in pulling social analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually using provided tools and organic platform resources to drive and reflect brand growth goals.Assist Social Media Associate Manager with live coverage and content production (capturing, publishing, editing) on Instagram Stories.Create trackable links and Feature IDs for all product in social posts on Instagram and Pinterest.Assist in submitting social invoices to the finance team to help maintain monthly team budget.Manage communication and prize fulfillment of any Anthroliving and Anthropologie Weddings social giveaways and sweepstakes with internal teams and partnerships.Stay abreast of the social media home and bridal landscape, developments, and trends with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand's product, customer and policies.Apply attribution best practices to image usage rights, copywriting & social media posts to ensure legal compliance.Qualifications0 - 3 years of experience in social media marketing at a retail/ e-commerce organization or agencyA positive and high energy individualExperience publishing content on major social platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.Strong copywriting and proofing skills.Ability to adapt writing tone and style to fit different social platforms and audiences.Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.Good home and wedding product knowledge of channel appropriate trends a bonusStrong knowledge of home and wedding competitors and ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities to set the brand apartInnovative and excited to bring ideas to the tableSelf-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong vision and entrepreneurial spiritEducationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media or related field experienceTravelSome travel required.#Anthropologie #LI-EC1Urban Outfitters, Inc. celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
