We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing user interfaces for our Mobile App, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both UI and UX design, as well as best practices around human-centered design, such as "jobs to be done," persona development, empathic user journeys, and friction versus joy.
Requirements
1. User Journey and Experience Design:
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows.2. User Interface Design:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.3. User Feedback & Usability Testing:
Facilitate focus groups to test and observe interaction with the product.Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience.4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products.Benefits
