California Dreaming - the ultimate destination for those who love California and the relaxed modern bohemian lifestyle it embodies.The Social Media Coordinator will support our social media efforts, assisting the Social Media Manager with content creation, community management, and analytics tracking across various platforms.Position Overview:Job Duties:Update gifting tracking documentsSearch for new influencer partnersPlace influencer orders online and keep track of them in tracking documentsAdminister Influencer contractsOrganize assets (contracts, influencer content, post insights etc)Package special influencer packages (holiday gifts, valentine's day gifts, mother's day gifts etc)Help strengthen our gifting program/facilitate more influencer giftingHelp film videos for social media (wrangling people to participate, sample pulling, general filming help)Community management (responding to comments, DM's, tags, escalating to CS when necessary)Competitive research, platform update researchTrend trackingPinterest updates and generally expanding organic Pinterest contentUpload Youtube videos for ads team needsAssist with social + influencer reportingSearch for inspo images on Unsplash etcAssist in managing brands Instagram accounts (planning calendar, copywriting, posting)Communicate with legal for social and influencer related questionsPass assets to PDM monthly/ as receivedQualifications:Ability to produce creative content (text, image, video) Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels Proficiency in anticipating digital technology trends and taking proactive measures Strong communication and copywriting skills Excellent multitasking and analytical abilities Expertise in short video platforms, with a keen understanding of trending topics and the ability to produce engaging content Capability to identify influencers' unique characteristics and define their personality and positioning Proficiency in TikTok rules, with creativity in planning and writing scripts for various topics Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with proficiency in data analysis and mainstream short video platform strategiesSalary range: $22/hour - $25/hourWhat happens next?
