This is a Hybrid Position which requires occasional travel for meetings to Minneapolis. The hybrid schedule includes a working schedule where you would alternate between working remotely and with the Lutefish team and agencies in Minneapolis, MN. Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable drivable distance to Minneapolis, MN.

You will play a pivotal role in boosting Lutefish marketing strategies and plans by taking the reins on social media, digital marketing, influencer collaboration and crafting compelling content for the Lutefish brand.
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in experience, in marketing, communications, or a related field
Three (3) years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a B2C environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Proven proficiency in creating captivating video and graphic content tailored for optimal performance on various social media platforms
Demonstrated adeptness in tracking and analyzing analytics data to optimize performance and drive informed decision-making
Proven excellent writing and editing skills, with a passion for storytelling
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics tools
It'd be great if you also have:
Experience and passion for making music
Experience with Influencer Marketing Campaigns
Proficiency in implementing A/B testing methodologies for social media campaigns
Experience with paid and organic social media and digital placements
As a Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator for Lutefish a typical day might include:
Creating compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit) to increase engagement and followers
Identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and authenticity while incorporating brand guidelines and standards.
Coordinating with external content creators for additional content production capacity.
Collaboratively planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall strategy
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of social media activities and email campaigns to optimize strategies and achieve targeted goals
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, external strategy consultants, and third-party content creators to ensure a consistent and effective brand messaging
Managing the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience
Researching trends, new additions, and updates to social media sites and making recommendations to the Lutefish leadership team
