The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the communication of information about Craft Ohana and all related properties & locations across multiple digital mediums. This person will ideate and manage projects and initiatives relevant to the communications team, working closely with relevant departments and outside media while maintaining brand tone and adhering to company culture and core values. This person will work closely with the VP of Marketing to determine strategies to engage and grow the brand's audience while supporting individual goals for all outward-facing company facets and locations. Candidates must share Craft 'Ohana's commitment to its four operating pillars: Quality of Products, Quality of Life, Quality of Business Practices, and Quality of Manufacturing Operations.THE EVERYDAY VIEWCoordinate and manage all digital initiatives for the Marketing team, including writing and posting of content across all social/digital channels. Manage the development and execution of all social media calendars by working cross-functionally with multiple departments of the organization to ensure key updates and upcoming events are incorporatedGenerate creative copy for new beer and coffee labels and descriptions, as well as new product descriptions when needed Oversee all company responses on digital channels, ensuring prompt response, even tone, and informational accuracyAbility to generate quality video and photography contentIdentify ever-changing social media trends and ability to generate creative content concepts accordinglyWork with the Marketing team to assist with POS and e-shop requests Create and manage media outreach, interviews, and product reviews as neededWork closely with designers on all marketing materials Implement and oversee social media & digital analytics reporting, using results to identify trends and key insights to help improve digital strategyBe a team player and able to interact with all levels within the organization Adhere to and enforce all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations Other tasks as needed RequirementsDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE•Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application•Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment reference, and background check •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required•Strong videography and photography skills•Strong writing and communications skills•Minimum of 3 years' experience managing messaging across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc...)•Experience with content management systems•Experience with proofing and editing•Strong interpersonal skills and a love for meeting and interacting with people•Thorough attention to detail and desire to take initiative•Must adhere to company's policies and proceduresPHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS•Nights, evenings, and weekends required as needed for events and social responses •Requirement of 9/80 in-office work week•Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods•Able to work and thrive in a high-stress environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.•Able to read and follow written instructions.•Able to work in an office environment and at a desk for extended periods.•Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors•Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards**Applications Accepted Until This Role Is Filled**Benefits Health insuranceDisability insuranceCompany matching 401k PlanAccrued Paid Time Off (PTO) (80 hours)/year $300 Employee Discretionary Account Monthly Wellness Stipend EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYCraft 'Ohana strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law.Salary Description $45-55K/annual
