Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's organic and paid search results and maximizing traffic through search engines. The role requires expertise in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO. The SEO & SEM Specialist will collaborate with the content team, web developers, and marketing team to implement best practices in organic and paid search and achieve business goals.RequirementsResponsibilities:Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, boost paid search performance, and drive targeted traffic to our website.Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content accordingly.Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.Monitor and analyze ad campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and paid search, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team, web developers, customer service, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO and SEM best practices are integrated into all aspects of our online presence.Perform ongoing technical SEO and SEM audits and recommend and implement fixes to improve site architecture, page speed, content, and user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven success in SEO and SEM, with a focus on both organic and paid search.In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools.Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns and budgets, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong Portfolio of Previous WorkExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.Benefits Include:Monthly profit sharing Competitive Salary Employer Funded Trust Health Insurance Vision & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short-term Disability Paid FMLA LeaveProfessional Development Opportunities ABOUT MILLERS Miller's Professional Imaging is the largest professional lab organization in the United States.
