Casa de la Familia is looking for a part-time social media coordinator to join our team!Casa de la Familia specializes in the treatment of post-traumatic, anxiety, and depressive disorders through the provision of crisis intervention and long-term individual and family therapy. We work closely with city, county, and state social service agencies, police departments, victim advocates, family resource centers, nonprofit agencies, and community service programs. The primary focus for the services we provide is the underserved and underrepresented minority populations, taking care to provide culturally appropriate and relevant services.Job descriptionWe are looking for a talented, bilingual Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts and content creation. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.Responsibilities Research and produce content on psychological and sociological information Create engaging text, image, and video content Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering customer engagement metrics Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers Oversee execution of promotion of new programs and eventsSkills Bilingual in Spanish and English Proven experience creating and managing social media accounts Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Familiarity with online and email marketing strategies and marketing channels Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively Excellent communication skills Multitasking and analytical skills Familiarity with graphic, photo editing, and video editing software (Canva, CapCut. and Adobe Creative Suite) Familiarity with social media publishingRequirements Fluent in Spanish and English Related course taken, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (Marketing, Business, Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, Video) Related course or career experience Please share examples of work
