All JMM eyewear is ethically sourced and produced with the utmost respect for industry partners' environment and wellbeing.Role Overview:The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating consumer content and engagement on JMM's social platforms ensuring consistent, relevant and exceptional consumer engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's image and engaging with our audience in a meaningful way. This role required a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to:Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Brand Creative department to develop content for our various social media platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing department to create and manage ad campaigns, effectively allocating budget. Develop and implement a consistent posting schedule optimizing times for maximum reach and engagement. Foster a community by activity engaging with followers through comments and messages. Gather customer feedback on social media to improve our online presence. Monitor online conversations and mentions, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic to consistently align with our brand image and values. Monitor Instagram analytics to provide reports on key metrics and insights. Plan and execute marketing campaigns on instagram; including collaborations, new collections, and launches. Explore and implement innovative social media strategies. Key Requirements: Proven social media skills, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry. Strong creative and visual skills with proficiency in content creation tools. In-depth knowledge of Instagram trends, features, and algorithms.
