Responsibilities:

As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
3. Coordinate with architectural/engineering drawings
4. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
5. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
6. Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
7. Negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses.
8. Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks.
9. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
10. Preparing internal and external reports about job status.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in construction project management.
2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
5. Excellent time and project management skills.
6. Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budget management.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
8. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
