This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full spectrum of our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. T

Responsibilities
1. Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual and budgeting to project closeout.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
3. Developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
4. Utilizing project management software to track project performance and manage resources effectively.
5. Conducting risk management to minimize project risks and developing contingency plans as necessary.
6. Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with local and national building codes and safety regulations.
7. Communicating effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project success.
8. Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status, budget, and schedule.
9. Proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may impact project scope, schedule, or budget.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
2. Proven experience in managing design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Proficiency in project management software.
5. Excellent knowledge of building and safety codes, and ability to ensure compliance.
6. Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
