who canapply technology to promote the success of clients while addressing business requirements through workflow design, configuring software for optimal client results, and conducting training in accordance with best practices. This role includes, but is not limited to, understanding client objectives and requirements, current process discovery, software demonstration, user training, and executing project plans. Throughout an implementation, this role also acts as the software capability subject matter expert (SME) and the lead for user support.Ultimately, the Price & Promotion Implementation lead is the facilitator of change for the deployment of price/promotions technology, resolving user challenges and articulating the new workflows in such a way as to maximize a client's user experience and ensuring process adoption. A unique blend of technical savvy and process consultation provides this role with exciting growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Price & Promotion consulting manager to support new client end-to-end implementation projectsSupport the timely and successful delivery of software solutions to meet client needs and objectives, and in accordance with the project plan

Liaison between technical teams and client project teams on data integrationsParticipate, as needed, in technical pre-sales efforts

Learn and document understanding of client's current process and collaborate with the Price & Promotion Consulting manager on recommended best-in-class solutionsBecome deeply involved with understanding and cultivating client site champions and other subject matter experts (SMEs)Develop detailed documentation of recommended best-practice business flow for the use of price / promotions software and deliver workflow demonstrations for client review sessions

Identify, organize, translate and scope client's business and process requirementsOrganize and document client information from disparate, and sometimes opposing sources to assist Price & Promotion Consulting manager in determining the underlying needsTranslate client business requirements into technical solutions

Execute configuration of enterprise price / promotions software to fit specific client processes and needsBe a trusted product expert, demonstrating thorough control of enterprise software with many functions and configuration optionsKeep up to date with new releases and be able to demonstrate application of new features in known client scenarios and workflows

Conduct training at a level that promotes goodwill, confidence, and credibility to exceed client expectations in terms of product, service, and supportPlan, lead, and conduct user and vendor training sessions, including curriculum materials

Develop and execute internal and external testing processDevelop and execute data QA testing, including analysis of testing results and testing of software functionalities and configuration as per client's business requirementsDevelop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including presentations and test scripts, and report on test resultsCollaborate with project and engineering teams to investigate, track and communicate resolution of issues identified during UAT

Participate in successful GO Live phase delivery and support post GO Live activitiesProvide category analysis and propose the best solution to meet client's expectationOrganize and participate in price/ promotions sessions with client to demonstrate added value of the softwareMeasure, report and track progress of GO Live activities and support project handover and documentation to client

What we expect from youMinimum 2 years participating in enterprise software implementations or 4 years of experience working in Price or Promotions at a retailer/CPG or dunnhumbyStrong business analysis, workflow optimization, and project management experience a plusStrong data analytics skills - data visualization, advanced Microsoft Excel, programming language a plusStrong communication and presentation skills both written and verbalTravel to and from client sites required (30 -40%)
