We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our exceptional Aiken Augusta Oral and Facial Surgery team! Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal methods.Willingness to travel locally.Education/ ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related job experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience managing social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and website contentApplicants must be proficient in basic office programs (ie Word/excel, Google docs, Confluence, Canva, and various social media channels) and have excellent verbal skills and scriptingExceptional oral & written communication skills.Solid understanding of business and management principles involved in recruiting and staffing.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; persuasive and upbeat.Strong believer in documentation and details.Physical/ Environmental RequirementsMust be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, and walking, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing and using small hand tools.This position requires average to above average visual acuity and hearing.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to read memos, computer screens, personnel forms, and clinical and administrative documents.
