WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Digital Marketing / Media Specialist will be responsible for working with agency cross-functional teams to support channel activation and engagement strategies that effectively segment and target audiences to amplify brand awareness and grow demand. They are responsible for supporting the successful development of fully integrated digital marketing strategies and solutions, including search, social, web, and paid media to deliver on our clients’ objectives. This strategically minded media expert will craft tactical recommendations to engage audiences and drive brand interactions. A lead candidate for this role must be a problem-solver and innovator who will look for ideas and solutions through analytics, technology trends, and audience insights to influence brand and digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing / Media Specialist will work closely with digital marketing strategists, media planner/buyers, and cross-functional teams to support and architect connected experiences across all online and offline channels and align paid, owned and earned media efforts.

WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING / MEDIA SPECIALIST WILL DO ONCE THEY'RE HEREProvides consultation and guidance on various areas of online marketing communications (organic and paid social media, paid media, search, web, email, and other channels).Contributes to the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and platforms, including email marketing, search engine optimization, social media, website/landing page development, video, and other emerging technologies.Works with account teams and Digital Marketing Solutions leads to help define scope and recommended approach for digital marketing projects.Collaborates with Digital Marketing Solutions leads and cross-discipline teams to develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital marketing arena to meet/exceed client objectives.Identifies key digital marketing trends and insights to make business decisions.Leverages research tools and data to form strategic approaches that are driven by actionable insights.Manages and assists in analytics reporting, evaluation, and insights derived from digital marketing campaigns.Utilizes Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau in conjunction with other reporting services to track metrics and refine client strategies.Collaborates with the media team to complement online buys by providing guidance on other digital marketing tactics, such as social media advertising, search engine marketing, email, and overall user experience.Supports Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Director in providing digital marketing support, coaching, professional development, and training to 2RM associates.Supports overall agency digital marketing efforts, including contributing to social media, blogs, and new business efforts as needed.Works with Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Director to continually assess and improve the types and levels of digital marketing services the agency provides.Supports the Media Planner/Buyer(s) with tactical planning and execution of paid media strategies.Helps ensure media plans are on strategy and align with integrated efforts across paid, owned, and earned marketing efforts.Collaborates with Media Planner/Buyer(s) to create targeting strategies for effectively and efficiently reaching and engaging audiences.Works with account teams and other agency subject matter experts to develop measurement plans for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting based on media objectives and established KPIs.Responsible for the presentation of media recommendations and analysis and reporting to internal/external clients.Manages or oversees all facets of plan execution, including RFPs, insertion placement, creative asset trafficking, ad serving, 3rd party vendor management, timelines, reporting, and optimization, billing and budget reconciliation and campaign troubleshooting for assigned accounts.Leverages data and analytics to deliver actionable insights for campaign optimization and content ideation.Evaluates trends, emerging technologies, tools, audience behavior, media usage, and content consumption to provide recommendations for how we can create new opportunities for our clients.Proactively serves as an agency resource and thought leader on all things related to paid media.

Serves as an agency subject matter expert, resource, and thought leader on social media topics, including paid and organic social media best practices and trends.Ensures availability to internal teams as opportunities arise requiring social media knowledge and support.Supports digital marketing solutions and media team leads on paid social media campaigns, including campaign planning, budget management, target audience development, and ad development.Collaborates with PR and Content Strategy and Creative teams to create social media content for paid and organic strategies.Sets up, manages, and optimizes ad campaigns in social advertising platforms.Supports the day-to-day management of social media channels, including community management and reporting.Assists with reporting on all social media channels and campaigns, ensuring accurate data and actionable insights are delivered to both internal and client teams to continually optimize performance.Monitors and analyzes social media trends, guidelines, and advancements across key platforms.Proactively seeks and obtains relevant social media certifications, attends webinars, engages with industry blogs, and follows digital thought leaders to stay abreast of the dynamic social medialandscape.WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING / MEDIA SPECIALIST WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related fields is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations.In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and client facing.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.Demonstrated capability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills coupled with time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Competence in monitoring and adhering to budgets and schedules.Genuine interest in technology and digital marketing.Strong desire to expand digital knowledge.
