Position Overview:

In our pursuit of excellence, we seek a dynamic individual - a creative visionary possessing outstanding design and development skills-to join us as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. This role serves as a pivotal force in our quest to elevate the REV brand to new heights. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with our Marketing team, ensuring seamless and captivating campaign design across various channels including web, email, digital advertising, and printed materials. Research will be needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of REV's culture, products/services, branding nuances, and overarching marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate not only creativity but also a mastery of creative campaign design principles, an keen sense of information hierarchy, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution, ensuring alignment with REV's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.Conduct comprehensive research to gain insights into REV’s culture, industry trends, and target audiences' preferences and behaviors, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform marketing strategies.Manage REV’s email marketing platform, utilizing member data to create targeted and engaging campaigns, while monitoring key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.Implement and maintain best-in-class responsive design principles to optimize REVfcu.com for user experience and search engine visibility, staying on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the website's performance and functionality.Collaborate closely with department stakeholders ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and campaign goals.Enhance and maintain REV’s employee intranet to serve as a central hub for internal communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, implementing features and functionality to support the company’s evolving needs and workflows.Design and produce materials for corporate events, employee training sessions, and promotional campaigns, including presentation decks, signage, branded swag, and printed collateral.Collaborate with partners and vendors, such as printers, graphic designers, and web developers, to execute marketing initiatives and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, design, and web development, actively seeking opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.All other duties as assigned.Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, graphic design, web development, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience with a solid portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in both print and digital media.Experience managing digital platforms including web and email, with a strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with the ability to create visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of front-end software including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, Wordpress and Shopify is a plus.Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Three plus years of experience in graphic design or marketing with a strong portfolio of workBachelor’s Degree or certification in marketing, web development, or other related fields is recommended but not requiredKnowledge in front-end software including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
