GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an essential member of the Digital Marketing team through developing, executing, and maintaining igus's digital marketing campaigns to reflect our Marketing and Brand Strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on one specific unit of our business by distributing campaign and marketing materials across various channels, such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and publication advertising. The Digital Marketing Specialist also works closely with multiple teams across the organization to strategize and execute content creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for increasing the online traffic, web shop revenue, and web leads for a specific product line through marketing initiatives and campaignsResearch, understand, and interpret the needs of buyer personas for a product line within a variety of industriesDeeply understand key industries and how your product line brings specific benefits to eachConduct keyword research for both webpage SEO and PPC campaignsConduct competitive research and create SWOT analysis with product management teamsAlign web page UX to the needs of the buying personas to convert traffic into online customers by working in conjunction with the UX specialistIncrease traffic to web pages by executing email and social media campaigns while assisting with publication and digital advertising campaigns

Systematically survey web visitors and online shoppers to gather actionable feedbackRegularly report on traffic, revenue, and lead performance to marketing and sales leadershipCompose and publish SEO-focused content on the Engineer's Toolbox

Curate all assets on the Engineer's Toolbox, YouTube channel, and SharePoint for your product

Create posts about your product line on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TwitterMonitor key online marketing metrics to track successCreate and maintain online listings across e-commerce platformsEnsure that the brand message and style is consistent

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing focused on driving revenue and improving user experienceUnderstands and can interpret website, marketing, and advertising analytics.Full understanding of all social media platformsExperience with Google Analytics preferred.Experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) a plus.Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)Must be able to multitask and handle multiple projects at a timeA meticulous eye for detailAbility to adapt and solve problemsBachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferredBENEFITS
